I specialize in Functional Training that will get you very fit, very fast. This improves core strength, balance, hand eye coordination and lean muscle mass. I love being an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and feel it is critical that you maintain a positive attitude towards whatever you are doing . Being consistent and maintaining balance is very important. Twenty five years ago I suffered a skull fracture and a broken back. I was referred to The Northern California Institute of Health and Rehabilitation. They helped me so much I got certified as a trainer and ended up working as a Program Director at the Institute. Since then I have won Triathlons, (in my division), and absolutely LOVE helping people. I can help you achieve your goals of getting super fit or solving lifes challenges. Giulia Conte is a passionate and experienced fitness coach based in Ashland, Oregon. With a background as a D1 NCAA athlete and experience ranging from gait analysis to yoga instruction, Giulia brings a holistic approach to fitness that emphasizes the connection between mind, body, and soul. She specializes in awareness-based coaching, helping overwhelmed women reclaim their strength and confidence through sustainable, periodized programs tailored to their unique needs.

As the founder of Giulia Conte Fitness, Giulia works with clients one-on-one, remotely, and in small groups, empowering them to build lasting habits, enhance hypertrophy, improve their performance, and encourage balance in their lives.


Giulia’s expertise is rooted in her commitment to both education and innovation. She offers cutting-edge services like DNA-based program design in collaboration with Genetic Direction, enabling clients to unlock their full potential with training programs as unique as their genetics. Her methodology integrates mindfulness practices, cycle syncing, and body awareness to cultivate a deeper connection to the body while achieving tangible fitness goals.

Outside of her work, Giulia is a dedicated athlete who trains for endurance trail races and HYROX competitions. She balances her personal goals with a deep love of coaching, her Vipassana meditation practice, and a strong commitment to personal growth. Jane Mullowney


Jane is a certified personal trainer, senior fitness specialist, parkinson’s exercise specialist and is yoga certified. She pursued her personal training passion beginning in 1990 earning certifications from A.C.E. and in lyengar yoga. Jane is ISSA certified. Her focuses include senior fitness, strength training, functional and balance training and periodized sports specific training programs.

Recently adding movement education to my offerings has opened exciting new doors in my ability to positively influence the lives of my clients.

Blending my experience in orthopedic and structural bodywork with certifications in specific movement modalities, I have created an effective approach to health and wellness that works with all systems of the body.

The Jenkins Method is a movement and somatic-based approach to personal wellness. Combining Natural Movement training and thoughtful bodywork with the encouragement to trust your inner Self to guide you, I strive to re-educate maladaptive movement patterns (loading/landing) as well as holding and resting postures. Through this work, you will deepen access to your intuitive ability to regulate your nervous system and navigate the stress in your life. Ultimately, paving the way for a stronger and more balanced YOU.

Through specific movements, exercises and bodywork techniques, you will experience profound shifts in revolving pain patterns, overall wellbeing and/or athletic performance.

Fitness Center:

The fitness center is equipped with a variety of exercise options, including water machines, cardio equipment, and weights, to provide a comprehensive workout experience. Water resistance equipment offers a low-impact yet effective way to build strength and endurance. The cardio equipment, including treadmills, elliptical, and stationary bike, allows for heart-pumping aerobic exercises tailored to any fitness level. Additionally, the weight section features free weights and machines to target muscle building and strength training. Whether you're looking to improve cardiovascular health, increase muscle tone, or recover from an injury, the diverse range of equipment can help you meet your fitness goals.

We have 4 personal trainers available to help guide and support you on your health journey, whatever your fitness goals are.

The Hidden Springs Fitness Center has two separate bathrooms, with a shower in each, lockers for personal items (bring your own lock!), and a small changing room outside the bathrooms.


In addition to the fitness gym space, Hidden Springs Fitness Center also offers Infrared Sauna, Cold Plunge, and LiveO2 & Juvent machines.

Infrared Sauna:

An infrared sauna uses infrared light to heat the body directly, rather than heating the air around you like traditional saunas. This can help promote relaxation, improve circulation, and may support detoxification by encouraging sweating at lower temperatures. Infrared saunas are often considered gentler and more comfortable than conventional saunas, making them a popular choice for those looking to unwind or enhance their wellness routine. It’s important to stay hydrated and limit session time to avoid overheating or dehydration. The infrared sauna at Hidden Springs comfortably seats five adults and is located in the same room as the deep cold plunge.

Cold Plunge:

A cold plunge involves immersing the body in cold water, typically between 45°F to 55°F (7°C to 13°C), for a short period of time. This practice is believed to help reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and boost recovery by stimulating the body's natural healing processes. Cold plunges can also trigger the release of endorphins, enhancing mood and mental clarity. However, it’s important to ease into the experience and avoid staying in too long, as extreme cold exposure can be stressful to the body. Always listen to your body and consult a healthcare provider if you have any underlying health conditions.

The cold plunge at Hidden Springs is available for use during reserved sauna times and can comfortably seat two people.

LiveO2:

LiveO2 is a cutting-edge, oxygen-enhanced performance training system designed to optimize physical and mental endurance and aid in detoxification. By combining high-concentration oxygen with controlled exercise, LiveO2 helps improve aerobic capacity, increase energy, and accelerate recovery. The system uses a mask to deliver higher oxygen levels during low- to moderate-intensity workouts, which can enhance stamina and boost overall performance. It’s often used by athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and those looking to improve respiratory function, reduce fatigue, and promote faster healing.

Especially when used in conjunction with Juvent machine and Infrared Sauna, LiveO2 can be a powerful tool for anyone aiming to maximize their training outcomes, increase detoxification, and increase overall wellness.

Juvent:
