The Gym & Sauna are available 24/7 for Members & Trainers (unless privately reserved).

The gym is privately reserved on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 9:00am-10:00am.

The Sauna is available for private use by Members & Non-Members, by reservation 24/7 (with the exception of 7-10am and 4-7pm which is always shared use).

The Pure Renewal Detox system is available by reservation only - contact Southern Oregon Integrative Medicine for more information.

I specialize in Functional Training - it improves core strength, balance, hand eye coordination and lean muscle mass; it will get you very fit, very fast. I love being an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and feel its critical that you maintain a positive attitude towards whatever you are doing . Being consistent and maintaining balance is very important. Twenty five years ago I suffered a skull fracture and a broken back. I was referred to The Northern California Institute of Health and Rehabilitation. They helped me so much I got certified as a trainer and ended up working as a Program Director at the Institute. Since then I have won Triathlons, (in my division), and absolutely LOVE helping people. I can help you achieve your goals of getting super fit or solving life's challenges. Giulia Conte is a passionate and experienced fitness coach based in Ashland, Oregon. With a background as a D1 NCAA athlete and experience ranging from gait analysis to yoga instruction, Giulia brings a holistic approach to fitness that emphasizes the connection between mind, body, and soul. She specializes in awareness-based coaching, helping overwhelmed women reclaim their strength and confidence through sustainable, periodized programs tailored to their unique needs. As the founder of Giulia Conte Fitness, Giulia works with clients one-on-one, remotely, and in small groups, empowering them to build lasting habits, enhance hypertrophy, improve their performance, and encourage balance in their lives. Her methodology integrates mindfulness practices, cycle syncing, and body awareness to cultivate a deeper connection to the body while achieving tangible fitness goals.

Outside of her work, Giulia is a dedicated athlete who trains for endurance trail races and HYROX competitions. She balances her personal goals with a deep love of coaching, her Vipassana meditation practice, and a strong commitment to personal growth. She believes fitness is a journey of self-discovery, awareness, and empowerment.

Jane Mullowney


Jane is a certified personal trainer, senior fitness specialist, Parkinson’s exercise specialist and is yoga certified. She pursued her personal training passion beginning in 1990 earning certifications from A.C.E. and in lyengar yoga. Jane is ISSA certified. Her focuses include senior fitness, strength training, functional and balance training and periodized sports specific training programs.

Jane teaches a Senior Strength class on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 9:00am - 10:00am.

Hi, I’m Rion. I have 2 sons that motivate me to be the best version of myself every day. That being said I am a US navy veteran and come from the trades as a journeyman welder/fabricator. I love to write, play music and be outdoors as much as possible. Art is a big part of my life and I feel like our body is the greatest masterpiece. Let’s work together to achieve YOUR goals, big or small!

Fitness Center:

The fitness center is equipped with a variety of exercise options, including water machines, cardio equipment, and weights, to provide a comprehensive workout experience.

The Hidden Springs Fitness Center has two separate bathrooms, with a shower in each, lockers for personal items (bring your own lock!), and a small changing room outside the bathrooms.


In addition to the fitness gym space, Hidden Springs Fitness Center also offers an Infrared Sauna (seats 5-6 people) and Cold Plunge.
